Watercolor, 8 x 10 inches on watercolor cold-press paper
Finally!!!  It's finished! I had a hard time with this one, there was pressure to produce and a little late for the Christmas present as intended, but it is painted well. I relearned a lot of layering and display of depth. I hope to keep up my practice of this.This is a present to a coworker who invited me to go to Hawaii with her this past summer. This is her favorite flowering tree there (they called it a Shower Tree, because it showered you with its blossoms and fragrance when the wind blew) so I hope she appreciates this, I sure do he.  |
